Ollen Project’s business is supplying mechanical components and equipment, specifically for the energy industry. 
We manufacture mechanical components and complex equipment for electric power generation plants such as:

  • Thermal power plants
  • Hydroelectric power plants
  • Geothermal power plants
  • Nuclear power plants

In addition to its own production, Ollen Project also coordinates the technical, commercial, organizational and financial activities of a group of manufacturers which operate in the mechanical area. This is a group of technologically advanced companies, relying on highly skilled technicians who are constantly kept-up-to-date by periodic training courses regarding machines and equipment, in order to obtain high-grade products.

Ollen Project wishes to set itself up as the liaison party that can supply individual mechanical components and complex equipment, or comprehensive packages, from design to manufacture.

In addition to some twenty-year experience of our principal, business sector experts constantly aid and support us, so that we can manufacture:

  • Spare parts for small and medium-size turbines

  • Overhaul of individual and/or assembled components
  • Reverse engineering of products

Our partners are singled out in order to provide customers with high-grade products which may strengthen our image and therefore reach those who are not familiar with our production yet. 

In order to obtain higher quality assurance, in November 2007 we were awarded a UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 certificate, and a UNI-ISO 9001-2008 certificate in October 2010.
90% of the companies that work with us is awarded an ISO certificate or certificates from other recognized bodies.
In January 2015, we have set up a warehouse with a metrology laboratory to check parts in a controlled environment.

We develop and manufacture resin injection equipment for alternators of any size and we can offer ad hoc product reverse engineering solutions.

One of the most recent significant supplies included mechanical components for a 1400MW alternator for a nuclear power station  in Switzerland, and construction of 3 turbines in Trentino Alto Adige.  

Leading companies such as Ansaldo Energia spa, Alstom Power spa and Franco Tosi,  have certified us in relation to a supply of small-size turbine casings, H2 seal rings, steam seal rings, sundry rods, flanges, eyelets, connecting bars, etc.

Processing equipment ranges from small-size lathes and machining centers to revolving table (to 4400mm) and stationary table (to 10000 x 4000 W x 4000 H) boring machines.
We also manufacture control equipment for Zeiss sensors or other brands.

Last year our company commenced manufacturing and supplying AISI 304, 316, 321 and 347 diaphragms and ring joints, Inconel 600, 625, 800, 825, for heat-exchangers and other equipment for oil companies.
